Pink Ruffle Cake

This is a cake I made for my Wilton course 3 (gum paste and fondant) final.
It is actually a dummy cake because I didn't want to try and eat two cakes in two days. I was taking both course 2 and 3 at the same time so I made the spring flowers cake for course 2 on a Monday and this cake was for Tuesday. I also didn't finish it in class as it was very labor intensive, so I just finished it here at home after we finished building my craft room table. (We finished that on Sunday).

I hope you enjoy this cake it is one of my favorites.

Enjoy!

Jack O Lantern Cake

This is a cake I made back in Houston as well it was for a Halloween Party in my class (1st graders) I made it from a bundt pant but when I dded the topper the cake split so I decided since it was halloween I would just decorate it like he had his guts coming out. The kids loved it and no one was the wiser.

I think this cake was funfetti with vanilla frosting. (I have slept since then this was Halloween 2010)

Enjoy!

Second Tie Dye Cake

I told you I would bring on the color. This is the second tie dye cake I made the first was such a big hit that someone else wanted one very similar. This was made for a guy from karaoke named Brady. He is really into music so I made it a little music themed with notes and such. You can tell I got better than on the first cake.

This cake is chocolate with peanut butter frosting and fondant decorations.

Enjoy!
